Alarm 1 Is a communication alarm and a flashing 1 on the control panel. Check parameter 5 for value 1 according to the brochure and parameter list.
Check the modular cable between the circuit board in the unit and the control panel, remove the connectors on the circuit board and control panel and click them back into place.
When the connectors are fitted, you can wiggle the connector a little to check for any loose contact in the female and male connector.
