Do you need to service your Acetec dehumidifier? We offer several options.

Service

You can order a service directly on our website:

• Small service (6H/6P)
• Large service (other)

How does it work?

1. You order this service
2. We will email you a return slip.
3. You pack the dehumidifier, label the package carefully with your order number (starting with W) and drop it off at any DHL Servicepoint.
4. We receive the dehumidifier, perform a functional check and replace any broken components.
5. We will return the dehumidifier to your nearest DHL Servicepoint.
