EvoCloud is our cloud service that enables you to manage your ventilation unit or your Pro Series dehumidifier directly via the browser - whether you are using a computer, tablet or mobile phone. To use EvoCloud, you need a ventilation unit or dehumidifier with EvoControl control.
In this article, we'll walk you through common troubleshooting you can do if you can't access EvoCloud.
Check the internet connection
EvoCloud requires a stable internet connection.
Ensure that:
- The ventilation unit is connected to the network via a network cable
- The router has internet access
- No recent network changes have been made (new router, new WiFi password, etc.)
Verify your login details
Double-check that:
- The correct e-mail address is used
- The password is correct
- Caps Lock is not activated
- If necessary, you can use the ”Forgotten password” function.
Try another device or browser
Sometimes local settings can cause problems. Try a different browser (e.g. Chrome, Edge or Safari). Try logging in from a different mobile phone or computer.
Check that the facility is online
If you can log in but cannot see your unit:
- Check that the unit is running
- Make sure the EvoCloud module is connected and networked
- Restart the unit if necessary
Update to the latest software
If the unit does not have the latest software version of EvoControl, in some cases the connection to EvoCloud may not work properly.
Make sure that EvoControl is updated to the latest version.

Temporary stoppage of operations
In rare cases, EvoCloud may be temporarily unavailable due to service or updates. Please wait a while and try again.
