In this article, we will go through the phases of change and average power.

Heating phase 4 minutes (first, left part in the illustration)
- Heating elements switch on in stages with a 15-second delay between stage 1 and stage 2.
- Drying of sorption blocks
- Wet air is blown out through the wet gas duct
Non-heating phase (6 or 10 minutes):
During the heating phase, the heating element has a high starting current for a few seconds and then drops to a lower power of approximately 2300-2500W. During the non-heating phase, only the fan runs and the power is approximately 58W.
The dehumidifier must be secured with a 13A fuse to handle the starting current.
The dehumidifier has two power stages. Dehumidification starts with a 10-minute non-heating phase when the humidity exceeds the set value. If the humidity exceeds the set value by more than 7%, the non-heating phase will last 6 minutes.
The dehumidifier is therefore two-speed, where a 6-minute non-heating phase means higher capacity but also higher average power, as the heating phase occurs more frequently.
- Average power during a 10-minute non-heating phase is approx. 660W. (capacity mode 1)
- Average power during a 6-minute non-heating phase is approx. 880W. (capacity mode 2)
