To verify your warranty entitlement, we require one of the following: order number, serial number, or a photograph of the warranty certificate or purchase receipt.

If you use the link above and register a warranty claim directly, you will be asked to enter the machine's serial number. The serial number consists of six (6) digits. You will find the serial number on the machine label, on the warranty certificate or on the box. If the machine has MPO or EvoControl control, it can also be found under system info.
