7.1.2 Temperatures
200 Controller type
Till:
- Constant supply air control.
- The controller keeps the supply air temperature constant at the setpoint.
From:
- Extract air control / Room control (Cascade control) - With min and max limitation of supply air.
- The extract air/room temperature is kept constant by allowing the supply air temperature to vary.
- The supply air temperature can vary with the cascade factor parameter 272. Parameter 262 (minimum limitation) and parameter 263 (maximum limitation) override.
- Example. If the desired temperature is 20°C and the cascade factor is 5, the supply air can vary between 15°C and 25°C.
AUTO:
- Outdoor temperature-controlled switching between supply air control and room/off control.
- If the outdoor air temperature is lower than the changeover temperature parameter 201, supply air control applies.
- If the outdoor air temperature is higher than the changeover temperature parameter 201, exhaust air control applies.
- Fixed Switching differential +/-2°C.
FRT:
- Exhaust air-related supply air control.
201 Switching temperature auto
Switching temperature between supply and extract air/room control.
The specified outdoor air temperature acts as the cut-off point for the control type.
205 Neutralzone Kyla
Setting the neutral zone before controlling the cooling signal.
210 - 214 Setpoint temperature
Setting of temperature setpoints in different operating modes.
220 - 224 Setpoint temperature difference FRT
Setting of temperature difference (setpoint offset) in different operating modes of FRT control.
230 Outdoor compensation -20°C
Stepless setpoint compensation at outdoor temperatures between -20°C and 0°C.
Ex. Börvärde = 20°C, Utekompensering parameter 230 = 2°K, Utetemperatur -21°C => börvärde 22,0°C.
Ex. Börvärde = 20°C, Utekompensering parameter 230 = 2°K, Utekompensering parameter 231 = -2°K, Utetemperatur -10°C => börvärde 20,0°C.
Ex. Börvärde = 20°C, Utekompensering parameter 230 = 0°K, Utekompensering parameter 231 = -3°K, Utetemperatur -10°C => börvärde 18,5°C.
231 Outdoor compensation 0°C
Stepless setpoint compensation at outdoor temperatures between 0°C and setpoint.
232 Outdoor compensation 40°C
Stepless setpoint compensation for outdoor temperatures between setpoint and +40°C.
240 Type of post-heating (post-processing)
By:
Reheat not active.
Ext. electricity
External electric battery is controlled by the thermostat output, 0-10 volts.
Int. El:
Pulse control of internal electric battery via relay output.
The rotor must have been constantly switched on for 3 minutes before the electric battery is switched on for the first time.
Water battery:
In case of water coil, terminals 16 and 17 are used for circulation pump heating.
Circulation pump heating is stopped if the heating control signal is below 0 % for more than 5 minutes and the outdoor temperature is above +5°C.
The circulation pump is exercised for 5 minutes every 48 hours, the first exercise is done after 48 hours.
Mixed signal:
To use the same voltage signal output for e.g. a heating/cooling pump.
The heating controller output terminal 36 provides a heating voltage signal when heating is required and a cooling voltage signal when cooling is required.
Terminal 16 = 230 Vac at HEAT.
Terminal 17 = Neutral (230 Vac).
241 Hysteresis EVB
Switching differential for switching on internal electric battery.
245 Return water temperature maintenance
When the unit is stopped, the return water temperature is maintained at the set value via the return water sensor.
246 Freeze monitor alarm limit
If the return water temperature falls below the set value, an alarm is triggered.
At 5°K above the alarm limit, the shunt valve starts to force open.
The freeze guard is self-reversing.
248 Cooling signal
Cooling signal is not sent out on terminal37 and is not shown on the flow diagram.
250 Preheater / Cooling pump / EvoCool
By:
- At Off, terminals 17 and 18 are constantly off.
Pre-heating:
- In Preheat, terminals 17 and 18 are activated when the outdoor air temperature falls below the set value.
- Fixed hysteresis +/- 2°C.
Cooling pump:
- At the cooling pump, terminals 17 and 18 are used for circulation pump cooling.
- The cooling circulation pump is stopped if the cooling control signal is below 0 % for more than 5 minutes or if the outdoor temperature is below 5°C.
- The circulation pump is exercised for 5 minutes every 48 hours, the first exercise is done after 48 hours.
EvoCool:
- EvoCool cooling module connected.
251 Activation of preheater
Outdoor temperature for activation of preheater.
260 Supply air regulator P-Band
The controller’s P-band applies from the maximum cooling setting to the maximum heating setting. The P-band is distributed as a percentage as shown below.
- Cooling 30 per cent.
- Neutral zone, adjustable in °K.
- VVX 20 per cent.
- Reheat 50 per cent.
261 Supply air controller I-Tid
The integration time of the controller.
262 Mines restriction
Minimum supply air temperature limitation (applicable in all control modes).
263 Maximum limitation
Maximum limitation of supply air temperature (applicable in all control modes).
264 Low temperature alarm supply air
If the supply air temperature is below the set value, the alarm is cancelled after the alarm delay time set in parameter 917.
266 High temperature alarm Post-heating
If the supply air temperature is above the set value and there is no need for reheating, the alarm is cancelled after the alarm delay time set in parameter 937.
270 Off/room controller P-Band
The P-band of the regulator.
271 Off/room controller I-Time
The integration time of the controller.
272 Off/Room controller cascade factor
The cascade factor of the controller.
The cascade factor determines the effect of the control deviation on the setpoint for the supply air temperature. For example, if the desired temperature is 20°C and the cascade factor is 5, the supply air temperature may vary between 15°C and 25°C.
273 Low temperature alarm Exhaust air
If the temperature is below the set value, an alarm is triggered after the alarm delay time set in parameter 919.
