EvoDry EDC 1.0 Dehumidifier – MPO

On the PDX model, the “Settings” menu never appears!

Setting a new value:

• Go to the parameter you want to change with and

• Pressures  to choose to change the value.

• Select new value with  and 

• Pressures  (if the value is not changed, you will return to the selected parameter).

• Select with  and  “Yes” to confirm or “No.” to keep the old value .

• Confirm and save by pressing  and you are back to the selected parameter.

Parameters:

Moisture Inst:

• Set the desired maximum relative humidity in % (setpoint).
• You can also select “Always Off” and “Always On”.

Hysteresis:

• Set the desired hysteresis in %.
• The dehumidifier starts at the setpoint and switches off at the setpoint minus the hysteresis.

*Software versions prior to 1.3.0 have a fixed hysteresis of ± 2%.

Moisture management:

• Select “RF” or “RF + Temp”.
• RF:
  Dehumidification starts when the relative humidity of the air exceeds the set value.
• RF + Temp:
  Dehumidification starts when the relative humidity of the air exceeds the set value at temperatures above +15°C.
  The moisture content is allowed to rise by 1%/°C at temperatures below +15°C before dehumidification starts.
  The function is only active in the temperature range 0-15°C.
  At temperatures below 0°C, the curves continue horizontally, i.e. the moisture content is allowed to be 15% above the set value no matter how cold it gets.

Fan control:

Operating modes 2 and 3 (fan stop) are not available in software version 1.2.0

• The fan has four different operating modes.
• Constant operation of the process air fan.
• Fan stop 1 (T15m/4h) when the moisture content falls below the set value.
  Every 4 hours, the fan starts and runs for 15 minutes to check the moisture content.
• Fan stop 2 (T3m/12h) when the humidity falls below the set value.
  Every 12 hours, the fan starts and runs for 3 minutes to check the moisture content.
• Fan stop 3 (T3m/1h) when the moisture content falls below the set value.
  Every hour, the fan switches on and runs for 3 minutes to check the humidity level.

Climate alert:

• The number of days during which the moisture content may remain above the alarm curve (red) before a climate alarm is triggered.

Alarm curve:

• The alarm curve is adjustable and runs parallel to the setpoint with an adjustable offset

Maintenance:

• Number of months between maintenance.
  Cleaning, filter replacement, etc…

Starting sequence:

• The number of days on which the dehumidifier reduces the setpoint humidity level by 70%.

High temp:

• Maximum process air temperature.
  3°K hysteresis.

Start delay:

• The number of minutes during which the humidity level exceeds the set value before the dehumidifier starts dehumidifying.

Hide settings:

• Hide settings from the “Menu” menu.
• To adjust settings when they are hidden:
  Gå till raden “Systeminformation” i menyn “Meny” och tryck på  for 10 seconds.

PDX models cannot access the “Settings” menu.

Manufacturer’s instructions:

• The dehumidifier resets all parameters in the “Settings” menu to their factory defaults.
